This house has been restored to a traditional Mallorcan style complete with a lovely courtyard and garden which houses a fountain and a roof terrace. A short walk would take you into the centre if the village, its square houses a large church, local bars and shops for all your conveniences, every week there is a market stall with local fresh produce. There is a facility of a communal pool sports courts for tennis and other sports, all within a walking distance of about 10 minutes.
The house is in easy reach of the sea and mountain paths for walking,
also it is very close the old city of Palma. Visit this city and its museums,
galleries for a glimpse of what this Island looked.
However, the nearest town is Inca, a 10 minute drive. Shops, supermarket and a number of
factories and outdoor markets are found here. Palma itself is about a 30
minute drive from the house and also the port in Pollensa where a marina,
restaurants and cafes are in number and serve a range of cuisines.
